Got a wave of change energy to ride somehow so thought ya'll might be willing to help me harness it and get somewhere.
Lost a couple of lbs. YaHoooo! Want to loose some more. Have a program that I think will help. Will spend some time every day on this. More fruit and vegies and protien less carbs. More planning less eating on the fly.
Doing better about getting to gym. Yipeeee! Get there at least 3x/week and work up to 5.
Want to get really good at not overreacting to h. Can even claim some progress on that one.
OK what will I see...got to ponder that one a bit.
What do I want to see more of in our marriage: --laughter --relaxed facial expressions --ability to once in a rare while talk about difficult things while still staying calm and feeling like we are on the same side. --more affection --more doing things around the house
Just wanted to let you all know that I'm going to another place in cyberspace and my head and doing some intense reading on getting a handle on this weight thing and more importantly my overall maturity. I am even getting into the ACTION, DOING part of it all !!! tHANKS FOR ALL of your support and well wishes! You will be in my thoughts and I'll be checking back every now and then because I'll miss you and to report on what I'm learning that might help someone here.
