Hey,Barb, welcome back to the North country! Actually yesterday was great here but we are supposed to get a storm tonight and temp is to drop 30 degrees from yesterday!!!
My daughter is asking me daily ...or hourly.."when are we going to FL?"... I hope to go next mo but I really don't want to leave the house "vulnerable" ... H has removed tools, etc and goes through every paper etc whenever I am not there and he is (rarely). He removes important papers and just trashes all the work I have done which means resorting, etc to get to where I was (of course he would say he put everything back as is and would be shocked at my choice of the word "trashes" - he has relocated filing cabinets and files (some I believe off premise)- yes they are nuts! (hadda laugh @ your FL post - Chuck showin up for his visit in FL would be something a 'nut-case' would do !) I am seeing another attorney next week - need an agreement or order of some kind.
