i run at 8pm today. i was just saying to myself - ok, you are going, not listening to any of your own excuses, you are going, that's it! put Sting on and off i went to run around the neighborhood. it was a starry night and the wind was warm (comparing to freezy snowy yesterday). in summer i was able to run 10 miles. after my physical/emotional breakdown that started to heal less than two weeks ago i was only able to walk for 20 minutes. so i was just building up. today i added 4 more minutes - now i am running for 35 min. feels good.
