patti, You are carrying your stress in your upper back...I did the same thing...awful. If you take a minute to really feel what you are doing, I bet you are holding your shoulders up and tensed all the time.
I was even doing it in my sleep. It got to the point where I couldn't turn my head or move my upper body.
Lay on the floor and put your hands above you head and stretch...than do your arms to the side and do neck rolls.
Try to concentrate on holding your shoulders down when you walk and stand very straight.
I haven't been around in a while and I can see by reading bits and pieces that something happened in your situation. Can you direct me to the thread? We are both on a close timeline and I think about how you are doing.
