Fabulous news!!! I got an offer on my house!!! YIPPEE!!!
I've lowered it 33K since it first went on the market a year ago. At this point, I just want out from under it!!! I should know by tomorrow if she accepted my counter offer.
Wish me luck everyone!!!! If it goes through I have to have my furniture out by the end of the month.
