((((Addie and Jen))))), thank you!

D and I were celebrating today, went shopping and out to dinner:)

I feel really good today (had some very nice wine and still feel a bit tipsy) and ready to go dark and darker!

Hi Stella,

good for you!! I love this word "tipsy". I think I have it but if anyone can confirm it's "being in a silly mood because of the alcohol" I would appreciate it...

It's great when you realise you can actually have fun and not constantly thinking about them. One minute free-H thinking makes a difference.

Let your true colors glow in ...the dark my dear!

Kalni

Random House Dictionary defines Tipsy as "slightly intoxicated, unsteady". So your definition is perfect.

Amazing how a little bit of alcohol can really brighten your mood. Tipsy is certainly how I was feeling last night after some wine. It put me in the right frame of mind to deal with H's mood swings.

Gosh are we becoming alcholic? Sorry bad joke. I had wine Friday night and when H came in he raised his eyebrows. LOL He left after eating to meet a mutual friend and I was as cheerful as can be. Tipsy? maybe.

Just wanted to share a passage that I found today (Jung : on the shadow)

Unfortunately there can be no doubt that man is, on the whole, less good than he imagines himself or wants to be. Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. If an inferiority is conscious, one always has a chance to correct it. Furthermore, it is constantly in contact with other interests, so that it is continually subjected to modifications. But if it is repressed and isolated from consciousness, it never gets corrected.
