I would chicki but unfortunately, in the state of washington, kids don't have a say in anything until the age of 18. Kinda stupid if you ask me because they are moving out or will CHOOSE at that time anyway!
As far as getting custody? That will happen as soon as I get a house. Their mom already told them that "You guys can live with your Dad for a month, then you will see what kinda a hell your Dad will make your life!"
Whatever...they were living with me before they were "forced" to move in with their mom and the dipsh_t ex-best friend of mine that SHE married.
