sugar is a major, it is hard one to cut back and it can make a big difference also mood wise when you do cut it back. did you ate less sugar before?

i can make myself to exercise every other day but for me to feel good every day exercise is a prescription. actually the last time i made myself run, i was telling to myself - it is life or death for you. it may sounds extreme but for me it's the only sure thing that gets me out of depression at least to some degree.
