I'll be the second. I don't know the legal aspects, and they vary from state to state, so your best bet would be to get legal advise. You need to know if what you signed is even allowable. As far as I know, child support can not be replaced by a mortgage payment. Talk to someone who knows. It will be worth the $$ you spend.
