The MLC resources saved me 2 years ago - I needed to read, I needed info from others who have worked through MLC one way or another.
I could see some snippets of relevance, I felt " normal".
I've been to C, professional input isn't always so helpful, empathy is what you receive from real life experience - that is what I got from the resources.
