A update on my situation for everyone:

Last Thursday night my H called to tell me that he was going hunting out of town with several men. He would be leaving Friday and not coming back until Sunday. I was a little surprised that he called and told me his plans. I guess since we had been together the past two weekends he decided he would let me know. Of course part of me did wonder if he was really going hunting or spending the weekend with OW, but everything he told me checked out.

I did not hear from him Sunday night or Monday night. My DD that lives with him told me he didn't get home until 10:00 pm Sunday night.

Last night I had to go to a meeting with DD16 for her upcoming tryouts for the HS dance squad. Her last year to ever try out since she will be a senior next year. \:\( She has been on the dance squad since she was in the 8th grade. After we finished with the meeting we decided to go out to dinner. We were eating dinner and my H called. We talked briefly and I told him that were at a restaurant and I would call him later. I called him later and we talked a bit and then DD19 came over to get my help on an English paper. I didn't know I would still be helping her with homework in college! I told him I had to go and help her. So it is nice that he is calling me and I'm the one ending the conversations!

So on a very positive note, I'm not sure what his status with OW is, but I do know he hasn't been with her the past three weekends! The weekends are when her ex H has her son.

Whew! When I started reading that I thought, "OH no!" what did he pull now?!" Glad nothing happened.

It is so cold here in Florida today. I know you northerners are really sympathetic and feel sorry for me.

Hi Sara-

Yes, we northerners feel a TON of sympathy for you down there in FL. Right Lightswitch?? Just kidding. It's all about what you are used to. I love living here but hate the cold too. Just learn how to dress for it and run from the car to the house...etc.

And Yoyo, I thought the same thing Sara did......what did her H do now? Great to hear it was nothing.

LOL... I know what you mean about not knowing what my alien hubby will do.

It was really cold here last night, in the 30's, I can't imagine living up north. I think I'll stick to the south! I gladly trade some of our summers and humidity though!

Yoyo - Your H is about as fickle as mine - except that no matter what my H says he feels, we are still proceeding with the D. Is your H still heading in that direction or does this all mean he's changed his tune?

Joie-

Yes, long johns in the mail today!! It's snowing here right now! But hey I'd hate to be in the heat of the south in the summer. Not a big fan of the humidity and sweating. Yuck!!

Hi Guys,

We had two cold nights -- in the 30's. But today is really beautiful again. So I guess I'll make it through the cold snap. I'm flying to Reno tomorrow for a conference. If the longjohns get here today, I'll pack them. Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

TGIF!!! It's finally starting to warm up here again. One day it will be in the 50's and 60's and then it will drop back to the 30's. I guess I get spoiled by the warm days and forget that it is February, well only one day left that is.

I hope everyone has a good weekend. Sara, be safe and have a great time. To all of my northern buddies stay warm!
