My goodness. Welcome BACK to divorcebusting. The links were just placed inside Michele's thread. While it is useful to get an UNDERSTANDING about some parts of MLC in other resources....YOU are the best person to make decisions about your own situation.
That said, it is so easy to get off track, depressed and pretty sure that there is nothing you can do but wait it out and get your own life!
While you very often have a very long haul, and there are no guarantees,But there's so much more you can do. The techniques ARE NOT JUST FOR YOURSELF...they are still useful for your marriage.
