Cinders, I am so sorry to read about your puppy. My thoughts and prayers will go out to you and your children tomorrow. Pets become such an important part of our lives, don't they?
As for your little boy, I say what a brave little boy he was in saying what he did. As for your daughter, she let her father know that you had nothing to do w/the statements. Your children are definitely in your corner. I do hope that your h, at some point, will listen to what they have to say. They see more than any of us think and they are quite able, even at that young age, to connect the dots.
