I am on the east coast, but I have no idea about mediation.

We had seperate L's. I took the money out of my saving and paid for it. UGH.

If I didn't have a savings, I would of taken it of my 401k.

I wanted to have my own attorney, not use 1, or 1 mediator.

I was scared he was gonna go nutzo, being in his weird state.

But the fact of the matter is, that when the D started rolling, he became nice.

And gave me everything I needed, including the house. He just signed it over.
