Believe it or not, my kids have NEVER emailed their dad and I have only emailed once. I doubt he even has the same email and the kids don't know. They don't seem to want that connection. Strangely, I email with them all the time - even when their in the same house! (mostly about details they would rather have in their pcs). I suggested texting him as that is free for us. She says he doesn't use text. She will likely cave and answer the phone if he calls again. Silly man!
And yes, it IS nice to feel appreciated. She was so organized coming here that it was like she'd never been before. I'm kind of glad to have a "down" day on my own. I love the people in my life but I love being by myself too.
