My sitch:

WAW left mid '06 (married 10 yrs., 1st for us both at the time)

During S period, I did all the usual pursuing things w/ predictable results (C was useless, no meaningful attempt at R on her part--too much hurt & unforgiveness). I found this site too late, told her about it & she expressed initial interest but soon retreated (a RECURRING THEME throughout)

WAW enters into A w/ OM in late '06, files 1/07

D final 6/07

XW marries OM late '07 as soon as his D (his 3rd) is final-he is still in litigation with his 3rd XW...a total mess I hear
Very little contact between me and XW for the past year (no kids)

Update:
I kept our primary house and most contents therein. Our old photo albums have been in a spare garbage can in the garage since mid-'07 (yes, I held out hope for a miracle until then). I long ago discarded everything else except the albums since the decree stated she was entitled to a split of albums, but I have never heard of any request from her for these...have been wondering why since they seemed to be a big deal for her as a scrapbooker. I forgot about them for months but was afraid to toss them recently as i didn't want any nasty lawyer letters accusing me of violating the decree should she suddenly ask for them. [XW was upset when I threw away other stuff (dried flowers, etc.) and wrote requesting that I "just ask her before tossing anything else"].

Well, I am now in a promising new R and feet that sufficient time had passed to allow XW to express interest if she truly wanted these items (does anyone know if there a statute of limitations on this sort of stuff???)

Should I toss them or should I text XW and offer them to her? I would probably have to see her to effect a transfer which I am not sure I want to do at this point...

Thanks,
M
