I agree D19 was very gifted at soccer, when she tried out for hi comp team they put their best offensive player on her and D shut her down. She was being watched by college scouts in her sophomore year on. Then she met the weasel and it all went away.
Trying to get some validation that I look younger with it gone, but the kids can't say, they say I look different.
Didn't sit in the car but did go out and got the ice off the windows so it looked like I went somewhere. I laid in D19's bed, she spent the night at her sisters, and looked for W to drive by but I fell asleep.
W said she wanted the job change to have more normal hours. So far I haven't heard if she got it or not.

Oh Mike, I am so sorry to hear this. How sad, very sad. When we are kids nothing is important or has an impact on our future. We are to young and foolish to realize. I was a lazy student all through 12 yrs of school!!!. Bored with it all. I lost out on alot because of that and hurt my parents as well. Wish could make it up to them but never to be.

D19 was not only gifted in soccer she was gifted in the class room. Through her junior year she had a 4.45 GPA. She got extra points for all her advanced placement classes which were all classes except Spanish. She got into modeling and was managed by an agency in Cleveland, we live in Cincinnati. She was picked as one of 20 people out of over 700 to go to LA for a talent and modeling convention. Al Ornato, who found Aston Kutcher and Kate Hudson and others picked her out and said he could get her work, but she didn't want her grades or soccer to suffer.
She could have gotten a full ride to college for playing soccer until she met then weasel. Now she is a trainer for a restaurant.
Like i've said earlier, it seems W might be coming out of MLC. D24 says she is staying awake longer, she is in contact with her S's again and now she seems to be upset? that I might be dating someone. Maybe she does see what her hours have done to her. I know that her job isn't the only thing that has put our M where we are today, but I'm doing my best to rectify my part in it. I've read several R and MLC books and can now see what I must change to be the kind of H she needs and deserves.

D24 called me today, I'm going to her house to look at some clothes her BF out grew. We might trade some clothes!! He wears 38 waist and I'm 36. D19 went shopping with me this wekend to buy new clothes with my Christmas gift cards. Will wear one of the new out fits to D's house. With the clean face and clothes that fit great maybe I'll blow W's mind. If W asks me why I shaved it off, I'm going to say someone wanted to see me without it. I just neglect to say it was me. HA HA!! Maybe she'll be thinking I've made this change for my "date".
