Mrs. H, I'm praying that a settlement can be reached, but going to trial isn't that bad either. This all could be a bluffing tactic to get you to settle w/whatever they send over. Your h's lawyer knows exactly what he's doing. Don't panic. We'll be here to bring you down off the ceiling.
Let your lawyer do the work and all of the worrying and you sit down, prop your feet up and take care of yourself. No judge in his/her right mind is going to take kindly to the way your h has been w/the boys and visitation schedules.
