I called my L today to see if we are still on for court for Wednesday. She said that she still hasn't heard back from H's L but when she hangs up with me she would call him again.
She called me back again and said she left another message for him to call back. So I have no idea whether we are going to court in 2 days. It would be nice to know, especially since I will have to get someone to watch S4.
Off to do some errands. I will check on some of you guys later. Hope everyone has a lovely day.

My L finally called me back. Turns out that her secretary walked out on her today. The secretary also never gave her any of the messages I left.
My L said the new court date is March 6th. She said that his L has a counter proposal ready to fax over. My L said "well that's fine, but we need time to view it so we need to move the court date to a later date."
She said that if we don't come to an agreement by the 6th, the judge will set a trial date on that date.
I don't want to go to trial.
My L said his L is not going to want to go to trial.
When I told her how he is not following the visitation rules, that he wouldn't give the boys back to me last weekend and he brought S6 out in the snow while he had strep throat, she wasn't too happy. I said "he does not respect me as their mother."
She said "I don't think he is capable of respecting anyone."
She told me she is going to call up his L and ask "what is the point of sending over a proposal agreement if your client can't follow the rules." She said that his L is not going to be too happy with him and his probably going to "scold" him.
I can't believe he thinks life with me was so bad that he sees it necessary to go through all of this.
