Sara, Wow, your neighbor sounds like a psycho! Don't you hate when people think the rules don't pertain to them. Besides who told him that you reported him, it could been one of the other neighbors! Ugh...people like that irritate me. It's like when a kid gets sent to the principal's office, they want to blame the person who wrote them up or turned them in. What happened to taking responsibility for what they have done wrong.
Hmmm...I think I could be talking about a lot of our spouses on here, but they committed a different "wrong" but still refuse to "man"/"woman" up for what they did!
