It IS a little shocking when a day goes by and you didn't spend it agonizing over H or your M! I hope it does mean you are detaching well. I still suck at detaching. I think I am and then one misunderstanding in a phone call or conversation and I really I must still be firmly attached!
Guess I am dumb I don't remember knowing you work at a school too? Are you an administrator? It sounded that way in your post. Just curious, since I am a teacher. Anyway glad you are taking time to count to positives!!
I think when you have more time away from your H you will start to detach. I have been trying to decide lately why I still want a M from H. Other than the fact that I still love him, I can't think of any reasons. I can't come up w/ a lot of reasons why I love him either. Earlier this week H saved a stray cat, and I thought ok, that is why I love him. I guess I have a lot of thinking to do.
Actually was a teacher. I'm in a position between a teacher and administrator. It is kind of a unique position in the district where I work. I work w/ all 12 teachers and 250 students at one grade level as well as the parents. I kind of try to save the world everyday
