My H and I have hit a super rough patch too. I know it is tough to love your spouse so much, to see how your kids will be affected, and to wonder why they don't seem to get it? I am thinking of you and I hope things start to improve for you. Unfortunately in my case I am pretty sure we are separating now, thats the conclusion we came to at MC yesterday. Like you said, it is so hard to live under the same roof with someone you want to hug, kiss, hold, have real conversations with and know you can't. My will to keep doing so is dissolving.
