Thanks Joe - h had to go to work early this am but I woke up to find a dozen roses and a cute card that says : "I must have done something really good to deserve someone as wonderful as you......or else you did something really bad!"
So glad you had a good vday You know I can relate on the "moods". It's sad that they miss out on so much happiness. Rising above the irritability is not easy, but I'm finding some relief by GAL on touchy days. I'm determined to not walk on eggshells!
So glad the business is going well and you're enjoying it! You sound good
Ellie sounds like things are going great! Wow snow in San Diego? It's rare in Sac but the thought of it where you are boggles the mind.
Cute V. Day card!! I like it a lot.
I forgot you had one of your kids at Cal - do you ever make it up to Northern Ca? Would be fun to get together again. (I'm assuming Cal=Berkeley? or is that a NorCal bias?? ).

Yes, S21 is at Berkeley. No immediate plans to go up there, usually I bring him up to school in August and visit Survival Goddess on the way (she's in that college town near you). However, this summer he will be moving into an apartment near campus and going to summer school to finish a class he couldn't get in his schedule. Don't know if I'll be going up to help him move in May or not - would probably fly and rent a car there, though, so wouldn't be out your way
Ooops, guess I'd better pull this out of the basement.
H got whacked in the face with a surfboard yesterday, nice big gash requiring plastic surgery to repair. Should heal nicely but it is about 4 inches long, from outside his nose down past his mouth.
Didn't lose consciousness, but with his past history of concussions, I do worry about it setting off another round of moodiness.
H says "For Father's Day, I got plastic surgery!"
D17 moved on Saturday, she's very excited to be independent in a new city. Let's hope she has success finding a JOB!
