Yes it’s still cold here in Minnesota, it was 43 below yesterday morning which is unusual for mid February. It’s only 10 below this morning and it sounds like we’re due for a warm up this weekend, possibly 35 above on Saturday. I am looking forward to some decent weather, I like winter but it’s hard to enjoy when it gets this cold. Anything above zero really isn’t all that bad. Yes I’m still making wine, I just started 14 gallons of plum and I’ll have apple ready to bottle in a week or so. I haven’t decided what to make next, I might try wheat, I know it sounds weird but I got to taste some once and it was very good.

Congrats on the up and coming arrival, I hope everything goes well. Did you respond to the email from EX? I think that it’s pretty common for a WAS to start acting all nice after time. I think it helps them deal with the guilt. So how’s your job going? When you come back will this be for good or just a visit? Are you still looking for a position in the States?
