Saffie!!!

Missed ya.

Funny story: at MC last week, the C asked W if there were two things she could change about me, what would they be?

Wife thinks hard, you can see the wheels turning...and then...the answer: "He needs to put the toilet seat down. And stop wearing his dirty boots in the house!"

What kind of sports questions?

Bomb

Lol Jeanette - he loves me in a cyberly way - it's reciprocated ;\)

The sports questions were all about European soccer, cricket and rugby.

the funny thing about the guy who sets the questions is that the only music questions he ever asks always have the answer 'The Streaophonics'. He asked a music question this week we didn't know the answer to and so we just suck down the stereophonics as a joke and it was right!!!!!!! Some guys are SO predictable \:D

Hey Jeanette,

I have a weakness for British women. Actually, I think Saffie is my long lost sister.

Saf, you were answering cricket questions? Wow. I don't even understand the game.

Actually, I was told that ALL men are predictable. Wait, I think a woman told me that...

Jeanette,
Maybe you're thinking of croquet. Cricket appears to be a cross between bocce and baseball. I could never tell who was on what team because they were all wearing the same thing...

I should add that we're headed off to MC in a couple of hours. This will be session five. This is surprising to me, because I thought back on session three that we were going to run out of things to talk about. Of course, my wife's amazing capability to dredge up bad things (real and imagined) that have happened in hour marriage has far exceeded my expectations...

More to follow...

Thanks Bomb I knew I should have googled it first.
OH WELL...I always get the sports questions wrong.

It's par for the course....I'm just glad you guys are going and it seems to be working for you!! Whether this stuff in real or make believe in her mind, it must have been bothering her somehow right? I will say their imagination USED to exceed mine, LOL....but lately I can imagine all sorts of scenarios.

Totally loved the way you stood back and watched her look at things in the shop. That was awesome! Nothing like a B-I-N-G-O moment eh?

Jeanette,

Guess even an old dog can learn.

I was the quiet, studious, introverted non-romantic. Wife was the flirty, outgoing, extroverted party girl. Of course, opposites do attract, for a reason. Together, we were a pretty complete package. But as the MC told us, eventually, the very things you admire in your partner in the beginning can become irritants years later. Consequently, our goal in MC has been to get me out of my shell, and get her to become a little more introspective. And, thusly, move us a little closer together. Hope it works.
