She'll do it anyway. And she won't tell you about it. And you're right...you'll push her closer to him.

Better approach: "Sure, go ahead. Have a good time. I don't have any problems with you having opposite sex friendships. I trust you completely."

Don't EVER tell her she's having MLC. She will deny it. It will p!ss her off, big time. Again...experience talking here.
