Actually, I think a caipirinha is very much like a mojito -- except its made with cachaca instead of rum. Both liquors are made from sugar cane so it's not surprising these mixed drinks are so similar, but I don't know what's the real difference between the two might be. All I know is that I liked it very much.
BTW, the locals (Sao Paulo) call cachaca by the slang name "pinga".
Little one just spent an hour and a half at the dentists having a temporary 'fixture' put onto what's left of her tooth until we see what happens to the nerve and if the nerve lives until the roots have grown to maturity - urgh. She looked so small on the big chair and tipped back but she was VERY brave. I am a very proud mum!!!!!!

I am using a stupid computer from the hotel. The WiFi is out so I can't use my smart one. Wish ya were here. I have learned alot about myself and I think I am ready to ask for what I want. Travaling down the desert road made me think how life is like that. I was living in a world that I wanted everything now. But driving 200 miles with out even passing a rest stop. ( good thing I brought a bottle). gave me time to think. Sometime to get to where you want to go it takes time.
