Hi I previously posted in Newcomers. My wife has today, I think, given up her OM he has flown to his home country. She is obviously hurt and sorrowful at having to let him go. I genuinely feel her hurt and wish to comfort her in some way.
I have been desperate to keep us together,because I love her an d we have two great sons, who I could not bear to be hurt in anyway. I have pledged to be her friend however now the PA is over I am finding the pain, which spills into anger and resentment almost unbearable, worse than before!!. I find I am having to avoid her just not to make things worse. I expected the end of the PA to be a relief, it just seems the start in a new cycle of pain. She says she wants a divorce anyway but at the moment has no grounds.
Help: I am desperate to know how to deal with the pain without making things worse and I need some serious advice on the next stage in DBing. Will time start to heal on its own... Thanks.
