Well, last I saw, which was a few months ago, they were having Skype sex / phone sex 4/5 times a day.

I don't think this is weird. I also think the distance is prolonging the inevitable. I think it would fizzle quicker if they saw each other more.
Well, I think he could pay for the D if he wanted to...he found the money to go to England. Where there's a will there's a way. Maybe he isn't 100% sure.
