My kick starts are to think of my goals before I get out of bed. Then I meditate for about 20 min. If you haven't done this before I have a cd that might be helpful. Let me know if you're interested. I have a P.E. class 5 days a week ($50 for the semester) and the days I don't I either work out at home or go for a walk (at least 3 miles). Early on I found that walking really helped me clear my head. You know that edgy bad energy you get? I would start off thinking all kinds stuuf my mind would just race, then after a couple of miles (ok, some days this was more like 6 or 7 miles) I'd be a little calmer and could think of things to do or not do. Not all of these things were to help with H. Most were just about me and our D's and how to best take care of us. What I wanted and how I thought I could get there.
