Hey I know this may sound weird but I'd make yourself a goal to talk to X number of new people per day... just strike up a conversation at the gas station, bar, whatever. I make myself do that on my road trips and it always leads to some great conversations and interesting stories.
They had a funny joke out at the track last weekend and your thread title reminded me of it - "What happens on the track... stays on YouTube forever!"
