Okay, it seems like every (single?) guy I meet says "Your husband is/was a fool" or similar.
How the heck would they know that? I mean, maybe I'm a closet raving witch who throws shoes and spaghetti?
I guess they would be more correct to say "From what I can see, your husband was a fool! Though you may be a closet raving witch, who throws shoes and spaghetti. Not that there's anything wrong with that."
What do they know? You are attractive. You are smart. You are funny. You are easy to get along with. And a bunch of other good stuff!
What would you think of a husband that would leave you?
