Just a really fun night with the girls. I had forgotten what it was like to go out and enjoy being with people. My X basically didn't like people. He would find reasons to cut friendships, including my friendships. So I have had friends over the years, but it was mainly through phone conversations, never much social interaction. We were "friends" with other families from the kids activities, going out to eat after a game, etc. but never really socialized aside from that. I went out with my girlfriends last night and we had a blast. We had a few drinks, talked, laughed, just really enjoyed ourselves.
