Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry I missed yesterday--but I was nonstop GALing yesterday. When I saw my C yesterday, she suggested Alanon too (as my sister-in-law told me I should), so I guess I will try it as soon as I can find a meeting and fit it in. Did you ever go to one? Karen43
