OP bright_new_day Member B Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,791 VA	Tonight I headed over to the gym to work out. I was planning on doing my usual cardio and weights, but ended up in a class instead. I chaneled my inner-Bethie and took a "sensual dance" class, pole and all!!! It was a blast. It was just an introductory to see if there was any interest, but they are going to try to make it a regular thing. I am now sore in places I don't remember having muscles, but I did learn the art of swinging around a pole, so it was worth it! LOL "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf."
