I also informed my family of the scud that hit me on Tuesday, but I regressed and responded to an e-mail from W. I don't think I should have, but it is currently over.
I'll go back to being non-responsive as instructed. In hindsight, my reply to her could have waited until our L's had connected. I flinched because I listened to my heart and because I want to be with her so badly.
