so glad your D's birthday went so well. I am so happy for you

I feel the same about my in-laws lately too. I have not spoken to my MIL for three weeks, I don't know if h told her I was in florida, maybe that is why she has not called me, she is most likely mad i did not invite her over to stay.

As for my SIL, its been now three months since i have spoken to her. I think i am being erased from them. As the old saying goes blood is thicker than water, It just hurts me, since i have no sisters she was not my SIL she was my sister, and i feel i have lost someone very special to me.
