Wow, Sara, that is a very fascinating read. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

I really wonder about my own spouse's pathology.

Hi Yoyo. Just catching up again (and procrastinating from my long "to do" list)

OK !!!!
DD8 will now be referred to as DD9. We had her Birthday party tonight.
We went to the really kewl alternative/holistic/spiritual/I don't know what the right word to descibe at as, bookstore where she picked out a Fairy, arts and crafts set.
We then came home to prep for the party.
We baked a homemade chocolate brownie cake with mini M&M's and a homemade chocolate whipped cream frosting (were chocoholics. LOL.).
We made home made pizzas again with the kids dressing up their pizzas as to how they liked it.
There were DD13&9 the two neighborhood twin boys and three of DD9's girly pals.
It was kewl !!!
The girly pals are having a sleep-over tonight also.

Wow Bob,

You are doing a great job hosting a girl's birthday party. Love that chocolate whipped cream frosting. Who needs cake when you have that? It all sounds like a lot of fun. i hope you get some sleep tonight. Because I never got any sleep when there was a slumber party.

All that sugar and chocolate is not likely to enhance the "slumber" aspect of the party either.

Hey Bob,
The party sounds fun and the cake yummy, can't go wrong with all that chocolate! Hope you get some sleep tonight with the slumber party going on, don't count on it though, LOL.

Husband,
I don't have a hot tub, but I do have a pool if you want to come take a polar bear plunge!

Last night DD16 cheered and danced at the basketball game. H came long enough to see her dance at half time and left. She danced during the first game, there were two. I stayed for both games, while H was probably there for a total of maybe 15 minutes.

After the game I was walking to my car and a friend I hadn't seen in a while and hugged my neck. Her daughter and my oldest daughter 19 grew up playing softball together. She asked how I was doing. She said, "I heard who your H was involved with, all I can say is he definitely traded down". I seem to keep hearing that over and over... My friend said "I still say he is going through a bad MLC".

Hi Yoyo,

He's back to his old tricks again. It makes you wonder why living a normal family life is just too hard for a person. What is so great about his life now?

Hey Sara,
Who can explain a person like that? Is it a MLC or are they just bad people who are selfish?

Let me pose a question to everyone. Do you believe there is such a thing as a MLC?

My stepmother was a LBS. Her husband also had an affair. She said while he was going through this she asked a psychologist friend of hers if there really is such a thing as MLC or was he just a bad boy. The psychologist required he was just a bad boy.

I'm not convinced that there isn't a such thing as MLC though.
