Hey Grace-
I am sorry that you are angry right now but I am glad to see that you are human. You have amazed me with you strength, compassion, understand, patience, etc. You are entitled to have moments of frustration and anger. Go work out and hopefully that will get you back to a good place. I am going to go work out myself. I will check back in later to see how you are.
