Thanks Mike, dinner and all went ok....he was really really tired, so we didn't talk much pretty much ate and he went to bed...he's working 6 ten hour days, he lives an hour away from work, so just makes for a long day. When he left on weds. I totally cleaned the house (bachelors are discusting!) caught up as much laundry as I possibly could while cleaning, and did all the dishes. I went and picked up the the boys from the vet, he had them neutred. He said he didn't think he would be up to dinner weds. night, he would probably just head straight to bed after getting home from work. When he got home, we talked for about half hour forty minutes...just about stuff, nothing exciting, he was really happy about the house. I left on a good note. Told him we'd chat soon, and he said ok. I didn't go for a kiss, just didn't feel right this time. I'm not sure what he would think/say to a "date night" He has so many bad memories of me, I think those are the ones that keep replaying. I am trying to let my actions speak. I told him with him working so many hours, I would be more than happy to pitch in and help him, anytime, with stuff around the house, or a home cooked meal from time to time...he just kind of him-hawed...he lets his pride get in the way too much, i doubt he would ever ask.

I'm sorry your wife works crazy hours and you two can't/couldn't work in date nights. keep shooting for the moon...even you miss you will land amongst the stars!

take care
christa
