Yes Chicki, I am divorced as of July 11th.

I would not recomend doing it alone, even if it meant taking out a loan. I had a wonderful kind caring lawyer, he had a shark. Once again, good prevailed over evil. Mwuhahahaha....

See if you can give her a little bit as a retainer, and for her to get the rest from him. My attorney charged me 3500.00 to retain him. Rich's charged 5000.00. My attorney has not sent me one single solitary bill. Rich's has sent him another bill for 4000.00.

Do your homework. I did alot of it on my own so I could educate myself on what my attorney was talking about. It takes awhile, but is worth it.

I wasn't given a choice in this matter. It was do or die. I chose to live. This man will not keep me down forever. It's time for him to grow a set and take care of the things he has neglected for so long. Thats all I ask of him. I personally do not think it is too much.

And in case anyone is listening, no, the sprinkler pump has not been repaired. My house looks like a dustbowl. Oh, an orange dust bowl as the anti rust chem stuff has not been on in a year.

I'm glad you're feeling better, but so sorry about the awful complications. I'm happy you had good care, and stayed in the hospital as long as you needed.

But seriously......I've been sitting here crying my eyes out reading everything. The love and support here are overwhelming and alway ALWAYS appreciated.

I will overcome this speedbump too. The bad thing is they won't sew it up until it completly heals. So my bathroom now looks like an infirmary. I am not kidding. Good thing I took my Medical Assistant course years ago It finally came in handy.
I no longer dream about Rich, I dream about sleeping on my stomach.
