I will try to schedule a coaching session. I'm at a loss for what to do. The W is visiting S27 tonight, haven't talked to him to see if she showed up. She hasn't made an effort to contacts S's in a long time, if it wasn't for Christmas maybe once or twice in 6 months. S27 was getting frustrated the only time W called him was when she wanted him to work on her car.
