I lost 1 pound yesterday....I did good. Had slimfast for breakfast and lunch.
carrots to snack on. grilled porkchop, rice and applesauce and a few sliced cucumbers.
No snacking afterwards! I did good for a change...lets see if I can keep it going today....so far, so good.
