Things have been smoother over the last fortnight than ever before. W is more happy, and is starting to become her old self again (more considerate and relaxed, compared to highly strung, out all night etc).
She is still with OM, but I don't know what their sitch is like. For example, she stayed over at his house on Saturday night, and when she got back on Sunday morning (to look after DD whilst I worked), she kept re-iterating how uncomfortable her friends sofa bed was (I think it was more show for DD than anything), and how her girlfriend and her stayed up till 1 am transferring pictures and files to her new IPOD that I got her...............
She took DD to her kickboxing class, then dropped her off at home before going out for groceries last night. Got home an hour later, guess what, no groceries......
She knows that her and OM don't bother me now. As long as he is out of my personal space, I don't care too much about them. But the thing I do get annoyed with is her lies. She can just not say anything about what she does or where she goes and she knows I never ask now, so why give me this "extra" info........
On a positive note, I have three functions to go to on Wed, Thu and Fri night, and I asked W if it would be okay for her to look after DD, and she said yes without even thinking about it, in her "old" considerate manner.
I suppose another good thing is that she doesn't spend nearly as much time with OM as before. They still are a couple, but the late nights are becoming less frequent.
