I filed as the primary caretaker of our S. I think with me having to file thie court order and the documentation I have of her actions over the last 6 months, I will get my S and be primary caretaker.

I really hope this does not drag out, for my son more so than anyone. She is still taking him places and not really giving him any type of structure in his life. It is the decisions she is making now that will hurt him for the rest of his life.
