Everybody sounds good and motivated today. That great!
The 3-6pm is a killer for me too. I've found that as long as I've eaten breakfast and lunch I can usually get by with some fruit. When the cravings kick in I either do some crunches or go for a walk. It seems to help. Anything physical you can do to help boost your metabolism will carry over. I have a weight lifting or stretching class 5 days a week starting tomorrow. That just leaves the weekends.
