Remember that you W is probably still "gun shy" about reconciliation. I believe she really may be feeling pressure from you. From the LBS perspective we see no reason why our WAS wouldn't want to come back to us immediately after deciding they want to fix things but I'm pretty sure she IS in an awkward position with OM still there.

Granted it's a position she has placed herself in but it doesn't make it any less awkward.

Don't be in a rush here. You have reached a place (possibly) that we all hope to be in - discussing how to FIX the marriage instead of how to END the marriage.

I don't recall how long you've been at this already but my recommendation is that you continue doing what you have already done for you, GAL. Give it more time and don't give her any reason to feel pressured or controlled.

By not GAL'ing, and by not detaching, you open yourself up for feeling like a doormat again. When her actions show that she is ready for fixing things, that's when you'll be able to have more of an influence on how things go. Right now, the ball is still in her court, IMO.
