I haven't been able to get to the gym this week so I've done my bender ball program at home..it's an ab workout and butt and thighs...i've lost 10 pounds so far..I wouldn't suggest losing weight this way though...I just don't eat much or I can't eat much when I do sit down to eat..My AD's are a suppressant...I really don't need to lose weight I just want to tone...but hey,,I'll take it..I'd like to have that high school body back. LOL!! I guess after 3 kids, 3 miscarriages, kidney stone surgery, gall bladder removal,endometriosis, a hysterectomy (when my H decided to sleep w/ OW while I was recovering) and countless other minor things I'm doing good.. LOL...
