I changed my diet around a lot in the last two weeks and I have been feeling great.

Every morning, I have cream of wheat and it keeps me so full until dinnertime. I will have fruit mid-day, and in the evening I will eat a balanced meal--salad, meat, and maybe some more fruit and I am stuffed!

When I started this, I noticed my system really went into overtime and it seems like everything was being emptied out of my system several times a day! It was like this for over a week but I feel so much better. And I feel like I am losing weight and I do not feel that bloated feeling either.
