I got up this morning and stumbled across a workout on Discovery Channel that I used to do years ago. I watched for awhile and then backed up and paused the DVR, got dressed, and did the workout. My legs are so shaky I had trouble going down the steps, but I feel good for having the motivation to do it.
I plan to walk on the treadmill in a bit, and eat right today!!!!!!!!
